Motivation: Not training enough can often be the biggest barrier to progression. With scheduled 1-2-1 sessions, you will feel more compelled to go to the gym and not let down yourself.
Training plan to work to: You'll be motivated by a detailed and specific training plan that you will be encouraged to stick to. This will be tailored to your goals and needs, meaning you will spend more time hitting key areas you’re keen to work on. I will monitor and adapt your plan based on your progress.
Correct form and technique: If you’re inexperienced with certain exercises in the gym, I will be on hand will help to ensure your safety and to steer clear from injury. You’ll learn correct techniques and be introduced to new equipment that you might have been nervous about using.
Nutrition plans
I approach nutrition from both a flexible and lifestyle perspective, meaning I design nutrition plans that give you flexibility of meal selection, accommodate off-plan circumstances, and emphasise manageability and consistency over the long term. I provide you with structured nutrition plans and customise my plans according to your objectives and by assessing your eating habits, nutritional patterns, meal timings, digestive health and food preferences.
Partner training.
Two to one personal training sessions are designed for paired workouts. You can still benefit from personal attention targeted to your specific goals. Working out with friends or loved ones can provide additional motivation and is a fun and enjoyable way of getting started.
