Where are you based?

I’m based in Brighouse, West Yorkshire. I have a private studio for all 1-2-1 and 2-2-1 sessions.

Do I have to have min x1 session a week?

This is totally flexible on your own circumstances, we can discuss how regular you would like to have a session, weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

 

Is there a minimum age limit?

16 years of age with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Do you provide the equipment?

Yes, all equipment is provided. We have a selection of free weights, machines including, multi gym, Squat rack bench, treadmill, bands, stepbox and more.

What if I need to cancel?

You’d need to give 24hours notice or payment for the session would still be required. To cancel please call or text me on the details provided to you.

 

Are you qualified?

Yes I hold the following up to date qualifications
VTCT Level 2 Gym Instructor, VTCT Level 3 Personal Trainer
Advanced Resistance Training, Nutrition & Weight Management , Exercise For Fat Loss
Core Training, Circuit Training
First Aid level 1

How long is one session

One session typically lasts 60minutes.

What if I have a health restriction or disability?

We can discuss any restrictions on your health and training. I will ensure these are taken into consideration when creating the exercise plans. all clients will also complete a full medial questionnaire.
