A little about me

Based out of my private gym in Brighouse , I’ve had the pleasure of helping many of my client reach their goals. I’m a level VTCT Level 3 Personal Trainer and Nutrition & Weight Management qualified. I have been involved in sports and fitness from a young age and have been a member of a gym for as long as I can remember.
